I hope to provide useful information to my family, friends and all those who simply enjoy talking about the weather. While I try to include information of interest from all over North America, my primary region of concern is the St. Lawrence Valley of Quebec, Ontario, and New York, as well as our neighbouring regions. Today marks the 53rd Anniversary of the storm of the century in Montreal. A fierce blizzard brought Montreal to a standstill for several days. You can read the full story HERE.

The streets were clogged with deep snow for days. Power was out to tens of thousands across the province. It was a true storm.
