While I try to include information of interest from all over North America, my primary region of concern is the St. Lawrence Valley of Quebec, Ontario, and New York, as well as our neighbouring regions. Beat last year by 5 days in Kemptville.
A Frost Advisory is out for upstate New York and
Southern Quebec tonight. Ontario does not issue frost warnings.
